My son turned 11 the other day and it made me think. We have been in war his whole life.

Thats really sad to me.To think my son has become accustomed to his once great country being in constant war. Neighbors ,relatives and friends all being sent off to fight a never ending war. Against Who?

Well its supposed to be terrorist`s .But its really beginning to seem like the real terrorist`s are right in Washington D.C. Do you realize all these wars seem to be in Muslim country`s? Can they all be terrorists?

I Think not ,I Think its something else. Its something much more sinister.The killing of all these innocent

Women,Children,Old Folks, And unlucky people sickens me to the core.

I`ll probably end up facing the firing squad for this but it does not seem right. How do we go all over the world just killing people willy nilly? And still hold our heads up proud to be a American ?

Are we suppose to teach our kids this is the way a great nation should carry on?This has become business as usual, And That is the troubling part,Now our kids think war is common practice how will we break this cycle? The kids of today are the leaders of tomorrow, Is This how they will lead our country? Following the examples of the Bush Agenda Now The Obama Agenda How do we ever stop the Madness?

We have been in Afghanistan and Iraq for over 10 years 1000s of our brave soldiers have lost their lives in
Afghanistan and Iraq .

Many thousands more are crippled physically or mentally.Many very severe so severe that some have opted to take their own life`s .Families torn apart by death and mental disabilities caused by the wars. In our country the infrastructure is falling apart,

With no money to fund improvements,
Improvements that would rebuild our collapsing infrastructure and at the same time put hundreds of thousands of unemployed Americans back to work.

But instead we must for some reason feed the continuous war machine, lining the pockets of the already filthy rich corporate money grubbing elite and wall street thieves that already put us in the worst economic pit sense the great depression.

The only noticeable products the United States Seems to build anymore are weapons to supply the wars.
And it appears the Congress And Our President are powerless to stop it.
War funding takes most of our nations budget , At a time when so many citizens are suffering here at home, Our money is pouring out of this country at record pace. The promises of the campaign seem to have faded away along with our hopes and dreams of better times and a more honest and open and civil government. Citizens of the United States are losing the personal rights and protection from government abuse that it took us over 200 years to build. Simple things like basic health care are things of the past,
People getting sick and sometimes dieing over minor health issues like basic dental infections.Or Asthma.
Just because they have none, Or cannot afford the inflated costs of Health Coverage.
It does not have to be this way. But it seems that it is indeed a plan to Finnish this country off from the inside up.
I can only guess its a plan to weaken the American citizens health wise and financially,So as we gladly give up our rights in trade for more humane less stress lifestyle like we had 15 - 20 years ago. a Lifestyle we took for granted but would do just about anything to have it back.And they know that and are using it against us. Tell you the truth I am not sure ! I Have 2 opinions The First Is Like This: Bush and Cheney needed a partner in this whole 911 charade. It worked out perfectly, Osama Bin Laden was a main player,They Needed Him,

They needed him to help fool the world,Carry out 911 and thus their own brand of Pearl Harbor. This put into motion many things.Not In any order of importance,(because I`m not sure which is more important) But my theory goes like this : Start a endless war on terrorism, Why ? to gain access to mineral riches And the Opium market in Afghanistan and Iraq, To feed the multi trillion dollar companies that supply the war machine,And their cronies that run and operate these companies. Like Halliburton And General Electric just to name two.
And to establish and use homeland security to strip Americans of our rights so we cannot bitch about what they are upto. I Personally think Osama Bin Laden Had nothing to do with the planes that hit the World Trade Center On 911 2001. Those planes were clearly not passenger jets. Rather some kind of Military Guided missiles that were made to resemble large aircraft. The pictures clearly show no windows and bombs or something strapped to the belly of at least one of them. Why Was Our military that normally protects our airspace in those region's not available on that day?Why Has it been widely reported that most all if not all the so called hijackers have been seen alive after that day? I`m just going by reports that are readily available in numerous different places,That All match pretty close to the same evidence as each other.And how about the Pentagon, No parts from any airplane found in the debris scattered around the supposed crash site?
How about The WTC Complex itself ? How does a building built to withstand much more punishment than any aircraft alone can deliver. Just Crumble to the ground in mere fine dust? And How About building 7 at the W.T.C. It came crashing down and was not even hit? And C.N.N. Announced it before it even happened.

Get Ready For A New Chapter In Commercial Aviation

The FBI, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Liberty County Sheriff’s Department met Tuesday to compare notes on an unidentified flying object reported late last week by an ExpressJet Airlines pilot.
The pilot reported a “missile or rocket” flying near his airplane Friday at 8:09 p.m., shortly after takeoff from Bush Intercontinental Airport, according to sheriff’s officials.
“The FAA then contacted the Liberty County department dispatcher and reported their pilot reported an object flying straight at his aircraft and passed 100 feet under it,” said Ken DeFoor, chief deputy for the Liberty County Sheriff’s Department.
FBI spokeswoman Shauna Dunlap said the agency was aware of the sighting.
“While we have no information to indicate there was a criminal act we certainly do not rule anything out and certainly would not want to speculate on what it may or may not have been,” she said.

The flight was over the southern edge of Liberty County flying at 13,000 feet when the incident occurred, officials said. ExpressJet flies regional routes for Continental Airlines as Continental Express.

“We're checking with club owners and presidents,” he said. “If we can get a correct track of what this object was there is no need to check with hobby fields.”
DeFoor said if the object was a rocket, it was fired illegally.

“They have to have permits to use the airspace,” he said.
In May 2008, a Continental Airlines pilot reported a similar incident.

“It was the same situation, almost identical,” DeFoor said. “The FBI are pulling their records on that one. It was roughly in the same area almost a year ago.”
The Boeing 737, en route to Cleveland, Ohio, with 148 passengers, was not damaged.

“We looked into that, along with the FAA and some local law enforcement,” Dunlap said. “To my knowledge, it was never determined what may of been observed during that incident.”

The FAA referred all questions about Friday’s incident to the Liberty County Sheriffs Department

Dear Rudy,

It has been a busy day in Congress today and while our movement for accountability for the Bush/Cheney White House just took a major leapforward with the testimony of former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan, we also unfortunately took a terrible step backwards with the tragic approval of new FISA legislation. I voted against this awful FISA law that degrades the privacy guarantees of our Constitution.
McClellan's Testimony
What we heard from Mr. McClellan was confirmation under oath of what we have long suspected: the President, Vice President, Karl Rove, Scooter Libby and others purposefully conspired to mislead Americans for political gain and at the cost of the lives of our soldiers, the security of our nation, and the sanctity of our Constitution.
Today, Scott McClellan said that he considers it a likely possibility that Vice President Dick Cheney was the person who authorized the leak of Valerie Plame Wilson's covert status. Mr. McClellan also said that he believes more White House officials should come before Congress and reveal the truth about this Administration's actions.
McClellan's testimony underscores a simple reality:
We must dig deeper. As I said today in the Judiciary Committee hearing, the facts we know now are more than enough to justify impeachment hearings for President George W. Bush and Vice-President Dick Cheney. You can read my entire testimony today below.
There is no higher agenda than protecting the Constitution. The Separation of Powers principle is being threatened, our Civil Rights are under attack, and must pursue accountability no matter what the political cost.

The FISA Vote

Today I voted against the so-called FISA "compromise" bill, as the only thing that is really being compromised is our civil rights.
In spite of the earnest, hard work of many Members of Congress, the President has continued to demand that Congress rubber-stamp his illegal wiretapping program.
Every American wants to protect our country from terrorists; but the President is not asking for tools to thwart terrorists. He is demanding unchecked power. He expects the Congress to throw out even the most modest, expedited court review on the absurd premise that a specially designed court with over 30 years of experience handling surveillance requests is suddenly going to bring our nation's intelligence operations to a standstill.
The rights of everyday Americans are at issue here, and full accountability needed. A court that is given full and appropriate review of the particular circumstances in each case is the only appropriate venue for making decisions about immunity for actions that may or may not have violated the civil liberties of some individuals.
In addition, while I am sympathetic to the difficult position telephone and Internet service providers, who may have thought they were doing their patriotic duty, the fact remains that I simply cannot support offering retroactive immunity. I have had the opportunity to view some of the documents in question, and I can say that my position on this subject is unchanged.
I will continue to support the March 14th House bill that preserves the appropriate court review of all surveillance of US citizens and gives judges the discretion to review all the necessary documents related to telecom lawsuits without offering blanket immunity.

TEXT OF REP WEXLER AND SCOTT MCCLELLAN DURING TODAY'S HEARING

Robert Wexler: Thank you Mister Chairman, thank you Mr. McClellan, for appearing before this committee today. Your book raises many questions about the administration that is incapable of telling the truth and, in your words, avoids accountability. I want to focus on how and why Scooter Libby came to reveal the identity of covert CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson. From everything we know about this administration, it is inconceivable that Mr. Libby would have acted alone. It is essential we learn who ordered or gave permission to Mr. Libby to expose the identity of this covert agent. The president and vice president have denied ordering this illegal leak, but logic and the chain of command dictates that it must have been one of them. Mr. McClellan, in your book you state that you cannot believe President Bush authorized the leak of Valerie Plame Wilson’s status as a covert agent. It is unimaginable to you that the President, one of only two people who had the authority to give Libby the go-ahead to make this leak, actually did it. So who does that leave us? The Vice President. You do not defend Mr. Cheney in your book; in fact, the lack of faith you express in the Vice President in your book is striking. Why?
Scott McClellan: Well, he is someone who keeps things pretty close to the vest, to say the least. I do not know what his thinking is or what his involvement was in this whole episode. I think that Patrick Fitzgerald stated it well when he talked about the cloud that was remaining over the Vice President’s office because of Scooter Libby’s actions that lead to his conviction on four counts, I guess, but there’s a lot of suspicion there because there are questions that have never been answered, despite the fact that we said at some point we would address these issues.
Wexler: So this suspicion leads you to believe that Vice President Cheney could have authorized Mr. Libby’s leak?
McClellan: I can’t rule it out, and I think that Scooter Libby in his, some testimony that he’s talked about, it’s possible that he could have first learned about her from, or that the Vice President could have even asked him to get that information out.
Wexler: Well, thank you for your candor, Mr. McClellan. Your suspicion or the doubts that you raise fit in very nicely to what it is we do know. We do know Mr. Cheney has been deeply involved in the efforts to cover up the leak and exonerate Mr. Libby. We know Mr. Cheney called you to have you unknowingly lie to the American people about Libby’s involvement. We know that the Vice President wrote a note where he starts to write and then crosses out the fact that the president himself asked Libby to stick his neck into a meat grinder to protect the administration. It is clear to me that Mr. Cheney is the only one left; the only likely suspect to have ordered the leak. If Mr. Cheney really thought Libby was innocent, then his note would have likely said something like “We need to protect this man who has done nothing wrong.” But that’s not what Mr. Cheney’s note said. The Vice President’s own hand betrays him and Libby, and implicates the President of the United States.

These facts and your testimony, Mr. McClellan, are more than enough in my view to open up impeachment hearings. Furthermore, the President’s use of the pardon power to deflect an investigation into his own wrongdoing by granting a commutation to the man who may have lied for him, would constitute an abuse and crime of the highest order. And we must determine on this committee conclusively whether or not this happened. Thank you, Mr. McClellan, for exposing some of the lies that were propagated by this White House. But unfortunately, as you have said, I believe as well, others in this White House have been blocking access to the truth. It’s time we sweep away the bogus claims of executive privilege and get Karl Rove, Andy Card, and others before this judiciary committee. We have the power of inhering contempt, and if need be, we should use it. Mr. McClellan, what you have provided today for the American people is enormously important. You are the first high official in this administration to come before this Congress and offer us a glimpse into the truth. I commend you for being here today.
McClellan: Thank you Congressman. I do believe it’s important for the American people to have the truth.

Does a Law on Human Attraction Exist?

“Opposites attract” is a law of attraction, at least where electromagnetism is concerned.

But are there laws about attraction between two people? “In a world that is full of strangers” as a line in a famous song of the 1980’s goes,

Is there a clear set of rules that allows two people to fall for each other?

Is attraction a matter of chemistry?

Maybe. According to scientists, the attraction between animals of the opposite sex is all about chemicals called pheromones.

The effect of pheromones in behavior of insects is the most studied to date. It has been observed, at least in some experiments,

that pheromones are responsible for communication among same species and colony of ants.

The horrible odor released by skunks to ward off enemies is said to be a kind of pheromone. Some species of apes rub pheromone-containing urine on the feet of potential mates to attract them.

Some scientists believe that animals (usually the females) such as insects and mammals send out these chemical signals to tell the male of their species that their genes are different from theirs.

This gene diversity is important in producing offspring with better chances of survival.

The perfume industry has capitalized on pheromones as a means to increase one’s sexual attractiveness to the opposite sex. Animals such as the whale and the musk deer were hunted down for these chemicals.

Lately, scientists are looking into the existence of human pheromones and its role in mate selection. There are many conflicting views in the realm of biology, chemistry, genetics, and psychology.

Most scientists would assert that these do not exist, or if they do, do not play a role in sexual attraction between a man and a woman.

But new researches such as that conducted by Swiss researchers from the University of Bern led by Klaus Wedekind are slowly making these scientists rethink their stand.

Their experiment involved women sniffing the cotton shirts of different men during their ovulation period.

It was found out that women prefer the smell of men’s shirts that were genetically different, but also shared similarities with the women’s genes.

This, like in the case of insects and other mammals, was to ensure better and healthier characteristics for their future children.

But researchers also cautioned that preference for a male odor is affected by the women’s ovulation period, the food that men eat, perfumes and other scented body products, and the use of contraceptive pills.

Does personality figure in sexual attraction?

Yes, but so does your perception of a potential mate’s personality.

According to a research conducted by Klohnen, E.C., & S. Luo in 2003 on interpersonal attraction and personality,

A person’s sense of self-security and at least the person’s perception of his/her partner were found to be strong determinants of attraction in hypothetical situations.

What does this tell us? We prefer a certain personality type, which attracts you to a person. But aside from the actual personality of the person,

Which can only be verified through close interaction through time,

It is your perception of your potential partner that attracts you to him/her, whether the person of your affection truly has that kind of personality or not.

This could probably account for a statement commonly heard from men and women on their failed relationships: “I thought he/she was this kind of person.”

So how does attraction figure in relationships?

You have probably heard that attraction is a prelude, or a factor towards a relationship.

Most probably, at least in the beginning; but attraction alone cannot make a relationship work.

It is that attraction that makes you notice a person from the opposite sex, but once you get to know the person more,

Attraction is just one consideration.

Shared values, dreams, and passions become more significant in long-term relationships.

So should I stop trying to become attractive?

More than trying to become physically attractive, work on all aspects of your health: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Physical attraction is still a precursor. Remember, biology predisposes us to choose the partner with the healthiest genes. Where your emotions are concerned,

just ask this to yourself: would you want to spend time with a person who feels insecure about him/herself? Probably not!

There is wisdom in knowing yourself: who you are, your beliefs, values, and dreams. And do not pretend to be someone you are not.

Fooling another person by making him/her think that you share the same values and beliefs is only going to cause you both disappointments.

When you are healthy in all aspects, attractiveness becomes a consequence and not an end.

As mentioned in the Klohnen and Luo’s research, a person’s sense of self-security matters, perhaps even beyond attraction.

But remember: do these things for yourself and not for other people. Only then can you truly harness your attractiveness as a person.

In life, there are so many ways to get to your dreams. You may want to consult Feng Shui experts. You may want to consult astrological charts. You may turn to God. You may turn to creative imagery to get what you want. However you would like to build your personal pillar of success, I believe that there are constants and absolutes. A good, solid foundation is a constant in building any sturdy edifice. Thus, it is essential that there be a strong foundation in the construction of your personal pillar of success.

Integrity, no matter what your religious beliefs are, is the bedrock of all transactions.

Why would you want to deal with things with integrity? Well, forming relationships is a must if you are in pursuit of success; and of course you would like to take good care of these relationships. Integrity builds trust, which is an essential relationship lubricant. One does not need studies to confirm that clients would go back to someone with whom they were able to deal with smoothly and stuck to his end of the deal. I Recently lost a longtime friend, No he did not die,
But What He did is far worse, It hurts more than death
and you are forced to relive it daily forever.
What Could have happened to this friend ?

Well looking back I Guess I Was not as important to him as he was to me. But This Friend Stole Some money out of my house.
To me this was extreamly painfull.

Not just the part about losing the money, It can and will

Last night, I appeared on MSNBC's Verdict with Dan Abrams to discuss Karl Rove's outrageous refusal to appear before Congress regarding serious allegations that he used the US Justice Department to take down a prominent Democratic politician. It is alleged that Mr. Rove personally instigated the prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don Siegleman. The case has been criticized by legal experts, and 52 former state attorney generals – both Republicans and Democrats – have criticized the case and called for an investigation. If Rove refuses to testify voluntarily and ignores the subpoenas that will certainly be issued, he should be held in Inherent Contempt of the House of Representatives.

No American is above the law. None of us should be able to ignore Congress without consequence. If Mr. Rove ignores a subpoena from the Judiciary Committee, then the House of Representatives should pass an Inherent Contempt citation and exercise our right to send the House Sergeant-of-Arms to gather Mr. Rove and bring him before Congress to testify.

I do not advocate this option lightly, but the reality is that Congress has few options left against an Administration that totally refuses to submit to any type of reasonable Congressional oversight. Congress has both the right and obligation to investigate these matters. Never before has an Executive so upset the checks and balances inherent in our Constitution. If we back off or delay, we effectively forfeit the power of Congress to investigate the Executive branch.

Rove is not the first White House official to ignore Congress. We have seen a pattern of refusals based on laughable claims of executive privilege. First, White House Chief of Staff Joshua Bolten and former White House Counsel Harriet Miers ignored subpoenas on the investigation into the firing of US Attorney Generals for partisan political motives.

Their refusal to testify was unprecedented: never before have executive officials totally refused to even show up before Congress. Bolten and Miers are the highest officials ever held in contempt of Congress. Unfortunately, Attorney General Mukasey – in a dereliction of duty – has refused to enforce the contempt decree and now Congress is suing them in District Court to demand compliance. Then, the Vice President's Chief of Staff, David Addington, refused to testify on the investigation into the Bush Administration's ordering of torture. Now, Rove continues this executive arrogance by also refusing to testify.

Enough is enough. We have a Constitutional obligation to provide accountability to a White House that is trying usurp the constitutional powers of Congress.

These are the very reasons why I have been pushing for impeachment hearings for Vice President Cheney. The Bush Administration has been running roughshod over the Constitution for eight long years. We should not allow the promise of a positive election be used as an excuse to ignore our duty to investigate crimes that weaken the very fabric of our Democracy.

VATICAN CITY (AP) — Believing that the universe may contain alien life does not contradict a faith in God, the Vatican's chief astronomer said in an interview published Tuesday.

The Rev. Jose Gabriel Funes, the Jesuit director of the Vatican Observatory, was quoted as saying the vastness of the universe means it is possible there could be other forms of life outside Earth, even intelligent ones.

"How can we rule out that life may have developed elsewhere?" Funes said. "Just as we consider earthly creatures as 'a brother,' and 'sister,' why should we not talk about an 'extraterrestrial brother'? It would still be part of creation."

In the interview by the Vatican newspaper L'Osservatore Romano, Funes said that such a notion "doesn't contradict our faith" because aliens would still be God's creatures. Ruling out the existence of aliens would be like "putting limits" on God's creative freedom, he said.

The interview, headlined "The extraterrestrial is my brother," covered a variety of topics including the relationship between the Roman Catholic Church and science, and the theological implications of the existence of alien life.

Funes said science, especially astronomy, does not contradict religion, touching on a theme of Pope Benedict XVI, who has made exploring the relationship between faith and reason a key aspect of his papacy.

The Bible "is not a science book," Funes said, adding that he believes the Big Bang theory is the most "reasonable" explanation for the creation of the universe. The theory says the universe began billions of years ago in the explosion of a single, super-dense point that contained all matter.

But he said he continues to believe that "God is the creator of the universe and that we are not the result of chance."

Funes urged the church and the scientific community to leave behind divisions caused by Galileo's persecution 400 years ago, saying the incident has "caused wounds."

In 1633 the astronomer was tried as a heretic and forced to recant his theory that the Earth revolved around the sun. Church teaching at the time placed Earth at the center of the universe.

"The church has somehow recognized its mistakes," he said. "Maybe it could have done it better, but now it's time to heal those wounds and this can be done through calm dialogue and collaboration."

Pope John Paul declared in 1992 that the ruling against Galileo was an error resulting from "tragic mutual incomprehension."

The Vatican Observatory has been at the forefront of efforts to bridge the gap between religion and science. Its scientist-clerics have generated top-notch research and its meteorite collection is considered one of the world's best.

The observatory, founded by Pope Leo XIII in 1891, is based in Castel Gandolfo, a lakeside town in the hills outside Rome where the pope has a summer residence. It also conducts research at an observatory at the University of Arizona, in Tucson.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi security forces have detained a man suspected of being the leader of al Qaeda in Iraq after a captured associate led them to him sleeping in a house in the northern city of Mosul, Iraqi officials said on Friday.

The U.S. military in Baghdad said it was checking the reports that Abu Ayyab al-Masri, an Egyptian also known as Abu Hamza al-Muhajir, had been detained.

If confirmed, the arrest would be another blow for Sunni Islamist al Qaeda in Iraq, which has reeled under a wave of U.S. military operations in the past year and been forced to regroup in northern Iraq.

An Interior Ministry spokesman said an associate of Masri detained in an earlier operation took security forces late on Wednesday to where the al Qaeda leader was hiding.

After being detained, Masri confessed to being the al Qaeda in Iraq leader, he said, adding that his identity still had to be confirmed. Other Iraqi security officials said the suspect was in American custody for identification.

Al Qaeda in Iraq was headed by the Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi until he was killed in a U.S. air strike in June 2006. His successor, Masri, was Zarqawi's close associate, and has a U.S. bounty of $5 million (2.6 million pounds) on his head.

Duraid Kashmula, the governor of Nineveh province, of which Mosul is the capital, also said the detained man had confessed to being Masri.

"When police entered the house, they found him asleep," Kashmula said, adding the suspect was alone. Continued...

This morning, during a hearing in the House Judiciary Committee, I questioned FBI Director Robert Mueller on his agency's response to claims - made by his own FBI agents - that the CIA was torturing prisoners. I wanted to find out why, if the FBI's own agents had alleged illegal actions were taking place, there was no investigation into the CIA's illegal and immoral practices.

Mueller's responses, which I would like you to read below, create new concerns and call for further investigation in the days ahead.

I believe Mr. Mueller owes more to Congress and the American people than the half-answers he gave in his testimony today.

I would urge you to contact the editors and news departments of your local media and ask them to look into the responses below. It is critical that this discussion takes place beyond emails and blogs – and is covered by the mainstream media.

In two weeks the Judiciary Committee will be holding hearings to investigate the fact that the highest levels of the Bush Administration sanctioned and ordered the torture of prisoners in United States custody. This is intolerable and we must vigorously oppose this policy that demeans our nation and offends our conscience.

Is Ebay Starting To Suck Air

We Have Been Selling On Ebay Going On 6 Years.
It used to be fun and profitable. You Could Clean out
all your unwanted household nick nacks, unwanted clothing,
Old bird cages,
And Those gifts I never found a use for.

We ended up making a nice little business out of a certain
niche, In witch we have managed to run up to close to 1000
Sales.
And It Used To Be Fun.

We would go out as a family and look for our special products
Within Our Niche, Of Which the topic I am saving for another article.

Anyway it used to be fun. That Was Way back then.
This is now and now is quite different
Nowadays on Ebay selling is not so enjoyable for us and ill tell
you why.
Now I don't want to come across as a whiner
Because No body knows better than I do we can just quit any time.
And that day is probably and sadly getting closer.

There was a time we could go to second hand stores, And We could
find our niche products for anywhere from 5 dollars a piece
up to about maybe 11 dollars a piece .

Bring Them home clean them up
do any necessary repairs, Put On Our listing ,Sell the item
usauly For Around 20 -30 bucks a shot. People were happy to get the items.

And They Would Leave Good Feedback,

After we paid 4 or 5 dollars
To Ship them their goods.

And We have a good formula , We can actually buy sell and ship
around 100 items a week with our system, That was back in the good old days
Seems people were alot friendlier back then And Products were still
Pretty affordable.

But With success everybody wants their
Piece of the action, Ebay Fees have gone up, What used to cost
4 dollars to ship now costs 7 dollars to ship.
Our products that we used to purchase for from about 4-11 dollars
on the used market,
We now pay about from 8 dollars to 16 dollars sometimes.
Because the second hand stores , That Pay Their Employees the same wages they
made 5 years ago,
Except probably now without health insurance.
Have decided to put their prices about 25% below retail .
Just low enough to still bring in the sales, if not as fast.

And Shipping Has just about doubled in the last 5 years.

I Know it sounds like I Am whining and crying in my beer.
But I don't want to sound that way, Its just a true picture of
the current state of the situation.

Back to the sales on Ebay At this current time, And I mean
literally as we speak. We have 10 finished auctions on Ebay
Finished are the ones waiting for shipping,

Today is Sunday
or I Would be shipping right now instead of writing. Except
7 of those auctions are not paid for. And keep in mind we have
our policies on Ebay just like every other seller, Ours states

Please pay within 3 days of the end of the sale. Witch
I don't think is unreasonable, Really pretty flexible not just
anywhere you can buy something and pay 3 days latter, Let
alone interest free.

But anyway Of those 7 unpaid auctions
4 are past the 3 day mark. 3 of them are past the seven day mark,
Two of them are past 10 days. Now this is where it gets sticky
Our money is tied up,

We cannot reinvest the money
that we have sitting waiting to be paid for. And we have already been
Charged by Ebay for the sale of the items. And We will be charged again
When and if we have to resale them.

Although If You can prove that a buyer
Skipped out on paying for a auction Ebay Will credit you for the final
sales price % that they charge.

After all you never even got that money.
Thats not all Ebay charges for though, They Also charge A Listing
fee, You Don t get that part back.

Some of these buyers do actually have some hardships,
Over the years we have heard just about every story sad and funny
that you can think of, And we try to work with anyone, That Is
Anyone that will communicate with us, But some People will not even
answer our emails, At This time we have over 350.00 dollars
Tied up in unpaid auctions,

I Want to put this in perspective. We
are not some mega power
seller our whole weekly budget , Thats
our operating funds for the whole week are less than 500 .00 dollars
For Our Ebay business.

But At this point its sucking some serious air.

And people think nothing about holding you hostage like this .
And its getting to be more and more common, For Us to be upside down
With This Ebay business.

Now if I read these new rules the right way. (,I hope i`m wrong )

Starting in May Ebay is going to make it impossible for the sellers
To leave A bad feedback for any buyer ? But buyers can go on and hold hostage any seller they want?
By with holding payments, And threatening to leave bad feedback on the seller
if they complain about late payments.

That means a new or irresponsible buyer can effectively ruin any seller they choose,
even sellers that have been around alot longer than us.
Please tell me this is not going to happen, But Thats the way I Thought
I read it. I seemed a bit confusing, And I cannot believe

Ebay Is Going to
just throw away that many long time sellers.?
Because I do know we will not be able to stay. These Buyers Already treat
the sellers bad. I Cannot imagine what it will be like when
You are totally un protected.

To Make matters worse, Ebay is now suspending sellers that get to many
Buyers that don't pay for their auctions Yes you read that right.

Ebay is suspending accounts of long standing honest sellers who
get too many nonpaying buyers, This is Insanity,

After nearly a year of clutching its skirts, the House finally worked
up the nerve to vote to hold Harriet Miers and Josh Bolton in
contempt for refusing, under direct orders from the White House, to
testify in response to congressional subpoenas. If Congress had any
spine at all, even one vertebrae, they would have invoked the power
of inherent contempt and had the two of them arrested on the spot.

Instead, after nearly a year of irresolute vacillation, they
pretended to expect contempt citations would be enforced by the new
attorney general, who the Senate was so ill-advised to confirm in the
first place, who had plainly suggested in his own confirmation that
the president's constitutional powers could override federal law. Fat
chance of getting any redress there.

And now they tell us they are going to file a law suit. Oh, please,
what a sad pathetic joke of a publicity stunt. In the first place,
there is zero chance that such a law suit would even be finally
decided in less than three to five years. It absolutely would go to
the Supreme Court. And what would be the chances there? Take a look
at some of the appointments the Democrats in the Senate have so
gullibly waved through in the last couple years and you can answer
that question yourself.

And in the second place, to even contemplate taking on such a
struggle by way of the courts, they better have the top notch
constitutional litigation experts at the helm. Instead they just
filed something knocked off by a couple staffers. Our intelligence
can hardly stand any more such insults.

Let us be clear. The president and vice president of the United
States have at least committed treason. The Scooter Libby trial
revealed that the White House was directly involved in leaking the
identity of Valerie Plame, an undisputed undercover CIA agent, which

the proliferation of the very weapons of mass destruction we were
supposed to be so afraid of in the Middle East. And it was done for
political retribution purposes.

The first president Bush said it all, when he said "I have nothing

the Democratic majority in Congress do about it?

Nothing.

There is hardly a federal law passed anymore that does not suffer
crippling by a so-called "signing statement" to negate it, signing
statements concocted by Cheney staffers, brazenly defying the
authority of Congress to do anything, referring to that authority as
"purported" compared the presumed imperial largess of the White
House. And what does the Democratic majority in Congress do about it?

Nothing.

We have traded a rubber stamp Congress for a rubber spine Congress.
What's the difference? Now finally empowered to hold hearings on the
endless constitutional crimes of the Cheney/Bush White House, the
lies that took us to war in the first place, the rampant illegal
wiretaps, the firing of U.S. Attorneys for partisan reasons, an
official policy of torture and all the rest, and what does Congress
do?

Nothing.

Instead they fritter away their hearing time harassing baseball
players, threatening them with long years in prison for not telling
the immaculate truth about using performance enhancers. Well, maybe
Congress needs a performance enhancer, and big dose of it.

A year ago we were promised a "new direction", and we have been
waiting for even a glimpse of it ever since. It is now too late even
for inherent contempt. Congress must impeach. And if you support me
as your representative in the 8th Congressional district, we can up
impeachment on back on the table no later that June 3, the day of the
Democratic primary here, by showing Nancy Pelosi herself a new
direction . . . out the door.

High Dollar Programs Do They Pay

I just dont want to kill my chances of making this thing successful, I`m not sure yet if that
would hurt it or not. I will tell you A few things,

First Off I noticed it`s hard to sell something that you have no success with.
I`m Not A very good liar. I have A real problem telling people that I know this program to

As our reader know, on February 13, 2008, UFO Digest published an article by Dr. Michael Salla, Phd. revealing a secret UN UFO meeting that had purportedly taken place on Monday, February 11.

Since that time, Dr. Michael Salla reports confirmation from a second source who was present at the meeting.

General Public reaction was varied and principally marked by curiosity. Ironically, the most vociferous and vitriolic reactions came from UFO experts, researchers and investigators in who demonstrated the deepest skepticism, while employing the same tactics of ridicule, sarcasm and personal attacks most often employed by "skepti-bunkers" and directed at the sources of the information (Dr. Salla and the Pickering Brothers).

One of the few "level-headed"reactions came from Vince White (a UFO Digest contributor) who replied to the skeptics eloquently and directly addressing points of contention..

On the night of Monday, February 18th, 2008, I was invited by Shawn and Clay Pickering to meet with them and their contact. At that meeting, I was personally introduced to their source, the diplomat who had chaired the meeting at the UN one week before.

I Bought a new e-book yesterday. I know I got to quit this
But this guy had such a story I Was facinated with how he went from Joe Smoe

I Recently bought in to one of those high paying programs, I dont think I want to say to much about it yet.

I just dont want to kill my chances of making this thing successful, I`m not sure yet if that

would hurt it or not. I will tell you A few things,
